Miss McDonald visited Larsen Sawmilling on Saturday and collected a number of different sized wood pieces for our Play Based Learning.
From tomorrow we will be including outside construction again as part of our Play Based Learning. I'm looking forward to seeing you practice your hammering and sawing skills and hearing all about the wonderful pieces you design and create during this learning time.
How wonderful to have some new wood for your outdoor learning. Ruaumoko children love planning and creating with pieces of wood. We also asked our family to save us plastic bottle tops to hammer into the wood. We try and be really carefully that we use the tools really careful. Do come and show us your creations please.
